The mission of Communities In Schools is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in live.  At Clinton Middle School, Communities In Schools supports students by:

  • Providing personal attention to 100-150 students each semester.
  • Providing students with service learning and community service opportunities.
  • Providing students with cultural experiences through museum and theater excursions.
  • Providing students with mentors and positive role models.

Communities In Schools

La misión de Communities In Schools es rodear a los estudiantes con una comunidad de apoyo, dándoles el poder de permanecer en la escuela y alcanzar sus sueños y metas en la vida. A Clinton Middle School, Communities in Schools apoya a los estudiantes a través de:
• Proporcionar atención personal a 100-150 estudiantes cada semestre
• Proveer a los estudiantes con oportunidades de aprender liderazgo y como traer ayuda para

  resolver problemas sociales que puedan existir en sus comunidades
• Proveer a los estudiantes con experiencias culturales a través de paseos escolares a museos

  y teatros. 
 Proveer a los estudiantes con mentores y modelos positivos
